Write to admin@zinance.app. The quickest way is in the app: Settings, Support opens a mail that already names your hero and account, so we can find you.
Moving to a new phone
With iCloud Keychain on, a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account opens on your hero by itself.
Without it, make a recovery code on your old phone first: Settings, Recovery code, Make a recovery code. On the new phone, tap “I have a recovery code” on the first screen and enter it. A code works once.
Reporting or blocking a player
Long-press a player in the Arena, on the ladder, in your fight history or in a friendly lobby, then choose Report or Block. We review every report within 24 hours. A player you block never meets you in ranked or friendly duels, and Settings, Blocked players lists them so you can unblock them.
Deleting your account
Settings, Delete account deletes your account and your hero from our server at once: progress, arena profile, fights, blocks and recovery code. It can’t be undone. The privacy policy says what happens to reports.
